If your work has been stolen, reposted, or leaked — or you believe content linked from this site infringes your copyright — we want to help you get it taken down. We respond fast.
How to send a takedown notice
Email admin@bellinghamexposed.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the infringing material — the URL of the infringing content and enough detail for us to locate it, plus the URL of the original work.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
What happens next
Bellingham Exposed hosts links, not the content itself — but where we can act (removing a link, or forwarding your notice to the destination platform and the model), we will do so promptly. For content hosted on OnlyFans, Instagram, and similar platforms, filing directly with that platform's copyright team is usually the fastest route, and we're glad to help you do it.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the corresponding elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
